Caitlin is the inspiration and wisdom behind Park Laign. She has a graduate degree in Sciences, and a Real Estate background. Caitlin brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in property management, with a special focus on divided co-ownership syndicates. Known for her strategic thinking, clear communication, and depth of knowledge of Quebec’s regulatory framework, Caitlin is a trusted advisor and a steady hand in a complex field.

CO-OWNER
Emrique is a real estate management professional based in Québec, known for bringing structure, value, and sustainability to property operations. As the co-owner of a growing firm, he helps condo boards and property owners navigate daily and long-term challenges with clarity and care. He holds an ESG certification from the RGCQ and UQAM, reflecting his commitment to ethical, responsible, and people-focused management.

OFFICE MANAGER
Ginette is a Real Estate broker, with previous experiences and interests in global health, translation, small business operations. She is the office manager, organiser. Communications, documents, meetings planner. She thinks human experience is attached to all aspects of life, including business.

David is a Real Estate broker and experienced manager, as a Head Hunter, and in property management. Very problem solving oriented, he will do the outmost to try to orient and support your efforts. He is a people person and a great communicator. David works on our new website.
